We do not accept returns or exchanges
If your items(s) arrive with defects, please contact us within 3 days and provide a picture of the item and the defect.
We are not responsible for damages caused during shipping. We do everything in our power to ensure the item(s) is properly packaged to prevent damages. Please see Route Package Protection overview.
Route Package Protection
We highly urge customers to add the Route Protection Plan to your order in case there are any problems during transit or delivery at an affordable price. The cost to you - to fully protect your package in the event that it is lost, damaged, or stolen - is calculated based on the subtotal of the order and the partnership between Route and Blingable by Cristal. If you added the Route Protection Plan, please also contact them and file a claim in order to get your issue resolved. To file a claim visit: https://claims.route.com/ If you declined Route Protection Plan and there is an issue, we cannot offer a refund you or replace your order.
